Which version is right for me ?

As a rule of thumb, if you manage more than 100 users you should go for a stand-alone version.

Will ‘light’ version lack any features?

No. Hosted version has all the features as the stand-alone version. It is light on your budget, not performance. In addition, you will get all software upgrades within 1 year of your account setup.

I manage more than 100 users, can I still travel light?

Most likely not. Processing your call detail records will require more ‘horsepower’ than we are willing to commit to any individual user at this time.

I need ‘XYZ’ feature, how can I get one?

If you have stand-alone version, please contact us. If you have a light version contract, please let us know and we will consider adding most wanted features in the next application release for all customers.
